Letters From Our Fans

Everyone at The Terrace is always friendly, considerate and helpful to our dear mother and her family and friends. The administration and staff are loving and kind, always finding ways to make her more comfortable and happy. She thinks of them as her family and trusts their judgement in her care, as do we her family.

Overall everyone is great and always greets you with a smile, very concerned for the residents. We do give the staff and facility a lot of credit as it is ran with great care plus concern for the residents. Thank you all for being there and for loving what you do.

The staff listens to us. They make repairs immediately and call us to meals in adequate time. They take us to meals by wheelchair if we're unable to walk to the dining room. They answer swiftly when we pull the cord for help and help us with buttoning buttons and tying shoe strings and putting on jewelry. They take concern of all the residents. I am a very satisfied customer.

Everyone on the staff is very loving and supportive to our grandmother. Attentive when she needs it but encourages her independence. She is very fond of them and praises their services. Staff is always cheerful and friendly to her family, makes us all feel like home.
